Stanley Steamer ripped off a 50 year old disabled person after a national disaster. I gave them a detailed description of what I needed done and the person sent to do the job was not equipped to accommodate. Only a small portion of the job was done. I paid in full for the complete job and was told to reschedule and the job would be completed. Not only did they give me the runaround but the person appointed to deal with the situation was rude and had no intention to help with the issue.
Excellent service and attention to detail. Our rugs and furniture look young again!

The owner, Al, did a great job cleaning our Crate & Barrel sofa. We originally had a well-known carpet/upholstery service come by but they did not recommend their service based on their type of cleaning method because we have a feathered cushion couch and they recommended a "dry" cleaning method. When I spoke to Al he walked me through his process of using a cleaning foam and steam which is the safest way of cleaning a sofa like mine. He came on time and took his time cleaning my sofa making sure all the dirt & dust accumulated over the past two years is removed.

10/10 recommend! I thought our cream-colored Z Gallerie couch was a goner (stain, adhesive from anti- cat-scratch-tape) and this cleaner was able to make our couch look BRAND NEW. I will definitely call him for anything else we need in the future.

My 3 year old cream looped carpet with many stains came out like new! Also had a large area rug made out of wool cleaned and the color of the rug is so vibrant now, it looks almost better than when I first bought it. Service was professional and friendly!

AL from Quality Care Upholstery is excellent!He cleaned my Barbara Barry Westwood sofa and club chair. A little more expensive than others, however, he takes more time to hand scrub each surface and this was important to meThe finished result is a deeper cleaning of the fabric without drowning in water and a like new appearance which was dry by evening. I highly recommend Quality Care Upholstery.

Al ( the owner)did a great job. I had a sofa and two white upholstered chairs cleaned and they look great. Al is a hard worker very personable but professional. He gives out recipes too. He just an all around good guy and we were lucky to find him.

Did it at a fair price and a good quality. Only thing is that the cleaner used made it smell like pee after if your doing it for your pet.

Quality Care Plus arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment .Their equipment ( two machines) looked bran new. The owner actually was the person doing the carpet cleaning , which I appreciated .He was polite , efficient and gave special attention to all spots on the carpet. I highly recommend this company to any one needing carpet and sofa cleaning. Very professional .

Al was professional and even tested to see if our cushion would come clean before charging us! Our outdoor cushions were a mess and while they had stains that wouldn’t come out they are better than we could have imagined!!!
I filled out online inquiries with 3 different carpet cleaning companies on a Friday evening. Al responded on Saturday morning, and by Monday afternoon my carpets were cleaned (no small job) and look like new! He was responsive, professional, thorough & at a reasonable price.
Al worked me in to his schedule very quickly and arrived early. His quote for my three rooms of carpet was reasonable and, given reviews of others, I asked what he would charge to clean my upholstered couch and leather recliner. I didn’t expect to do it today, but he had the time and I decided both were long overdue for cleaning. I am so glad I did. My couch looks like new as does my recliner. The carpets turned out beautifully and thanks to a lovely breeze are almost dry in just a few hours. Al is a delightful man … hardworking, personable and thorough. Loved sharing travel stories!

Al is an excellent carpet and upholstery magician. He was very prompt and professional. He restored our well-worn micro-fiber sofa to its former glory and cleaned our carpets beautifully. I had a wonderful experience having some old floral couches cleaned by Al. I requested a quote on a Sunday night and he promptly called me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled ASAP. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly- did an amazing job cleaning my couches- by HAND! He even texted me a video of the water vacuum he uses sucking the body oil out of my couch- so satisfying to see! Highly recommend this company- they have all 5 star reviews for a reason!
Al is the owner of Quality Care Plus Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. We loved having Al in our home for the 2 hours he was cleaning our three wing back chairs. What an enjoyable person. Al's cleaning methods were far superior to anything else we had experienced. We will have him back again if we ever need anything else cleaned. Don't go anywhere else. Don't call anyone else.
Great experience with Al. He loves what he does and genuinely cares about doing a great job for his customers. I was very pleased with the cleaning of 4 vacation rental couches. He spent approx 5 hours cleaning these couches. They look brand new.Definitely recommend Al!
Al cleaned our upholstery: a sofa, a sectional sofa, a fabric chair and ottoman, and a leather chair. Renters with pets left all of it very dirty, and he pre-treated then steam-cleaned everything. He used a citrus product on the leather chair to remove dirt and oils. He took his time and made sure every surface was clean and odor-free. It all looks spotless. Easy to schedule, he called to confirm, arrived on time, and I feel the price was fair for the amount of work it took to clean everything. I will hire him again.

Fantastic service! He came out and did an excellent cleaning on a sofa which had never been cleaned before. It had accumulated years of odor from pets and shedding and he made it like new again. I highly recommend this business.
I had a different company out to my home to clean my white, polyester sectional 2 weeks ago and was turned away and told the couch couldn’t be cleaned deeply enough to even have the service done. Today, Al came and brought my 5 year old sofa back to life! He was quick, and his results are far superior to anything I’ve experienced in previous cleanings. I have used other carpet cleaning services but when I called Quality Care Plus Carpet Cleaning they showed up on time were professional and best of all did an outstanding job on cleaning our office!!! Would recommend. No surprises. Al was on time, charged the quoted price, and brought our chairs and carpet back to life. Our chairs are 11 years old and had been cleaned poorly by a different company. Our chairs now have the color back, are no longer sticky, and look like they are brand new. The traffic patterns we had in our carpet are gone. Our carpet also looks as good as new. We will use Al for our future carpeting and upholstery cleaning needs.

I am so happy that I found Al and his company. He did a terrific job. I had my furniture cleaned a year ago from a “reputable“ company and he actually cleaned up what they left behind. I have a puppy who had an accident and you’d never know it. My furniture looks brand new and Al was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Alfio spent almost four hours at my house cleaning our couch cushions and rugs. He was so thorough and professional and charged us a fair price. What I most appreciated was how kind and conversational he was, which helped pass the time. He walked me through each step of his cleaning process and how to keep things clean. He did not leave until the job was done. He was trustworthy, professional, and just a wonderful person.
They were unbelievable! I have 3 kids and our white rug was filthy! It looked brand new by the time he left. He also cleaned our couches and our sons rug which were spotless. He was so sweet and great to chat with! He also uses cleaners that are very “clean” and don’t leave any sort of strong smells or feel like harsh chemicals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WIll only use him from now on.
